Terms of Service

TennisTrack is an athlete training diary and development software provided by LIPSU.fi.

Using the service requires registration.

Age limit: Users under 13 need parental consent.

3.1 Free Trial

New users get a 60-day free trial of Pro features.

3.2 Payments and Billing

Pro subscription is monthly or annual.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel Pro subscription at any time in Settings.

You agree to:

• Use the service for legal purposes
• Follow Finnish law and good practice
• Not share your credentials
• Not disturb other users or the service
• Not create false or misleading information
• Be responsible for the accuracy of your data

In the service it is prohibited to:

• Upload malicious code
• Send spam
• Unauthorized use of others' data
• Circumventing technical protections
• Using automated tools without permission
• Harassment or threats

All service content is the property of the Service Provider.

User data: You have full rights to the data you enter.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

• Service interruptions or malfunctions
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third party damages

Health: The service is not a medical device.

The service provider has the right to:

• Change service content and features
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
• Discontinue the service (30 days notice)
• Update terms of service

The service provider may restrict access if:

• User violates these terms
• User acts unlawfully
• User damages the service
• User requests account deletion

Users have the right to delete their account at any time.

Finnish law applies to these terms.
